T\u00fcm olumsuz inan\u00e7 kal\u0131plar\u0131, duygular, travmalar, ya\u015fam g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu yer olan, kar\u0131n b\u00f6lgemizde birikir. Nefes al\u0131p vererek, bedenimize ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ya\u015fam enerjisinin dairesel devinimini engelleyerek, fiziksel, zihinsel ve ruhsal anlamda t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar meydana getirir.
