Bundan dolay\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015fey nefes kadar \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. Yemek yemeden yakla\u015f\u0131k otuz g\u00fcn, su i\u00e7meden \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn ya\u015fayabilir, ama nefes almadan \u00fc\u00e7 dakikadan fazla ya\u015fayamay\u0131z.
