Haftan\u0131n baz\u0131 g\u00fcnleri yine 16:00&#8217;dan sonra yemek yemem ama geri kalan g\u00fcnlerinde ve bazen \u00e7ok \u00e7ok fazla at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m bile olur. Peki tekrar kilo almay\u0131 engelleyen \u015fey nedir? Tabi ki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleriniz ve <em>bilin\u00e7alt\u0131<\/em>n\u0131z.
